Our team will be monitoring progress, will be leading weekly and monthly reporting through quality assurance processes and collaboration between the design team, the developer the authority submissions and the contractor.

Cost Control & Risk Management Services
PMlead.me is responsible for the project cost. We are coordinating the process of the project budget from initiation to completion between the cost consultancy team and the developer's team. We are coordinating the process exercises such as:
- Benchmarking
- Cost evaluation for each phase of the project
- Design to budget
At each phase of the project our team will coordinate the budget to ensure a continuous update of the cost depending on the design changes and will coordinate any exercises with the design team, to propose different design options, to reduce the cost - if necessary.
